Basic Information

• Who: Pathfinders, Rangers, Venturers, and Rovers in the Ottawa region.
• Where: Downtown Ottawa, based at Parliament.
• When: April 14th, 2012, 11am-4pm
• Why: raising money for the WAGGGS mission: to eradicate hunger and poverty
• What: Groups of 4-6 will take a canoe around downtown Ottawa completing a scavenger hunt, taking pictures as proof, and collecting donations as they go. There will be prizes for most money raised, best decorated canoe, etc.

Each group:

• Must provide for themselves: cell phone, camera, an advisor/leader in the area if not with them, handmade canoe.
• Will be given: registration packet; map, scavenger hunt clues, suggested kit list, emergency info, instructions, pledge form.
• Must pay a Registration fee as minimum sponsor. (Due March 1st)
• Must wear necker/tie. We encourage uniform.

On the day our base is to be Parliament.
